I really liked the remake, (A lot more on Blu than at the cinema)…

Maybe it’s a grower?

I agree on most of the statements you made, except perhaps the 3D part… I’m not a fan of 3D, but when I watched it in cinema and in 3D I was quite surprised to find it aesthetically pleasing.
Good review! I enjoyed it a lot.

Nice review.

I was really looking forward to this one.

Saw it in 3-D, and it did nothing. (Don’t tell @DomCoke). Just another botched on job to make money… then it made over $1BN bucks… and the only thing that proved is: 3-D sells.

I’ll pick it up on Blu, if it’s cheap – but more for my Son, and Mrs T.

A zombie is a zombie in my opinion… It all depends on the genre that the movie/ book falls into. If they want to run, make them run. If they become smarter as the undead then so be it. People are just looking for a reason to bitch and moan.
