Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom Delayed Until 2018

I was a huge fan of the first Ni No Kuni game, so today’s announcement that Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom comes as sad news. With a new release date of 19th January, 2018 we’ll now have a little longer to wait to play the game, but hopefully it will be worth it. Akihiro Hino – CEO and President of the LEVEL-5 Inc released a video about the delay, which you can see below. Adding to the announcement he also revealed a new online mode that will be coming to the game, so it isn’t all bad news.

Hopefully this delay will make sure we get a bug free experience that has used the time wisely to give us the best Ni No Kuni game possible. Better to delay it and improve it, than get an inferior product that just disappoints the eager fans awaiting the game.

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe announces today that the release of Ni no Kuni II: REVENANT KINGDOM has been postponed until 19th January, 2018. To communicate this change to fans, Akihiro Hino – CEO and President of the world-renowned video game studio LEVEL-5 Inc.
