Resources to Help You Become a Better Gamer

We all know that whether we’re playing Fallout 4 or the latest mobile hit, there comes a time when we’ll come to a grinding halt and can proceed no further in the gameplay. But rather than throwing your console or your smartphone out of the window, the online domain has proven to be pretty good at offering plenty of tips and techniques to help us without necessarily turning us all into cheats!

Whilst we’ve got our own section dedicated to overcoming the difficult bits of many top gaming titles, it’s clear that there’s way too many games out there for us alone to cover. So here’s a look at some of the resources that can help the struggling gamer.

Obviously YouTube has transformed the way that we can pick up tips about just about any game. Whether it’s an in-depth walkthrough of a particularly tricky first-person shooter, or even a tactical overview of a strategy game, these are easy to follow and occasionally funny too.

One of our favourites has to be the brilliant TotalBiscuit that not only provides a critical commentary on many gaming hits, but can also help you improve your skills too.

Of course, there’s plenty of great help on Twitch too. Just about every single game ever released seems to have some kind of expert on there who’ll provide a masterclass in helping you get past any tricky stages of a game.

Regardless of whether you’re into League of Legends or Minecraft, it’s thanks to the likes of Twitch and YouTube that our games have become a lot more collaborative.

The one area where these sites are a little lightweight is when it comes to classic games that have been around before the video game era.

But with the likes of Lucky Nugget Casino giving everyone an easy way to get to grips with classic casino games from the convenience of a smartphone, it shows that there are few areas of gaming that the internet can’t assist with.

But of course, there are a few pieces of kit that can also boost your gaming potential. Brands like Razer have done a great job in helping gamers through their gaming hardware that means that even something as simple as a keyboard can work wonders in helping you win that next MOBA or online casino game.

So whilst many games can be pretty solitary, it’s clear that there’s plenty of help out there on the internet to aid you in your gaming mission!
