Doom Campaign Trailer and Collector’s Edition Details Revealed

If you are a fan of the original Doom games you’ll know that the real focus is about fighting demons, killing things and being witness to plenty of gore. This is why the new trailer should help ease any nerves people had on if the new game could deliver.

So what did you think? Is the trailer for you? Along with the new reveal Bethesda has also revealed details about the Collector’s Edition of the game which will be arriving May 13, 2016. So get your shotguns ready for the trip to Mars to slay some demonic opponent.

The Doom collector’s edition comes with a 12-inch-tall statue of one of the Revenant demons made of high-quality PVC.

“The Revenant, which was modeled using actual in-game 3D files, stands sentry on a base-lit turbine that slowly rotates internally, casting an eerily flickering glow onto the nightmarish glory of this iconic DOOM demon.”

As you’d expect the Collector’s edition will include the full game, in a steel case. It will come I at the fairly heft price of £99.99/$119.99 and is available for pre-order now. For those who decide to pre-order either the standard or collector’s edition you’ll also get the Demon Multiplayer Pack. This includes exclusive goodies such as the demon armour, three skin variations, six metallic paint colours, and three ID logo patterns for your weapons and armour. On top of all of that there will also be a set of six Hack Modules. These can be used during the match to give you an added edge.
