When you want to publicise a new horror movie about the “anti-christ” what is the best way to get attention? That’s right you send an animatronic Devil Baby out into the streets of New York to scare the hell out of anybody who gets to close to it.  Devil Baby Attack was was created by Thinkmodo, the same team whose last video generated over 52 million YouTube views for the movie, CARRIE making it the #1 viewed video in the world during its launch. The video features a shockingly life-like animatronic baby made to look possessed by the devil. It captures this creature actually roaming the streets of New York City by remote-controlled stroller, sparking stunned reactions from normally jaded New Yorkers. The video also gives a reveal of how the baby works with a cameo of the four-man creative team, “Radio Silence,” who made DEVIL’S DUE.

DEVIL’S DUE is a chilling combination of Rosemary’s Baby and Paranormal Activity.  This suspenseful horror film is shot as “found footage”, from a first person perspective of the lead character, Zach, combined with surveillance and hidden cameras.  DEVIL’S DUE tells the story of Zach and Samantha, a newlywed couple who experience a mysterious, lost night on their honeymoon and shortly after find themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy.  When Samantha starts showing odd behavior, she and Zach initially write it off to nerves, but as the months pass, it becomes evident that the dark changes to her body and mind have a much more sinister origin.

Devil’s Due, coming to cinemas across the UK on 16th January 2014.
